Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Billy Morgan officiating. Tina was born June 22, 1969 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma the daughter of Harold Bentley and Darlene Frances Couey. She graduated from the Choctaw High School in Choctaw, Oklahoma in 1987. She and Burk Davis were married at Las Vegas, Nevada on January 22, 2010. She enjoyed coloring, camping, playing at the lake and working on her truck. she was soon to have her first grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother Andrew Bentley. Survivors include her husband Burk Davis of the home in Duncan, two sons Christopher Perkins and his wife Kimberly and Patrick Bentley both of Duncan; a daughter Bailey Perkins of Duncan; a step son Evan Davis of Waurika, Oklahoma; two step daughters Adriane Davis of Duncan and Isreal Davis of Waurkia, Oklahoma; her mother and father Darlene and Eldon Pelham of Platter, Oklahoma; a sister Kristie Bentley of Mid West City, Oklahoma; two step grandchildren Alexis Hadon and Xyline Harlon both of Duncan as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
