Duncan resident (Starla) Marsh, 68, died Wednesday, August 1, 2012, in Duncan. Services will be held Saturday, August 18 at Marlow First Baptist Church in Marlow, with pastors Joe Ligeon and Ron Maxfield under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. /I ,7 Starla was born April 10, 1944, in Harrington, Kansas. Starla married Norman (Carl) Marsh September 5, 1998. She has been a resident in Duncan for the past 6 years. She loved her pets Daisey, Charloette and Trixie dearly. She was preceded in death by her late husband Norman (Carl) Marsh. Her remaining family includes her mother, Rebecca Lee Wynkoop, children Sherry Phipps and Randy Morely, Step Daughter Charity Marsh; siblings Lynda and husband Randy Hoag, Robert and wife Nedra Crouse, and Shelly Green, niece Nikki and husband Tony Valencia, nephew Eric and wife Niki Hoag, great nieces Melissa Valencia, Sydnie Hoag, Abbie Hoag, Emilie Hoag, Aimie Valencia, Christine Valencia, Meghan Green and Rachel Green great nephews Joshua Valencia, lan Hoag, Justin Green and Nicholas Gree, cousins Larry and Patricia Ervin, and 2nd cousins Rhonda Sue and husband Keith Beauchamp, Scott Hilleger, and Kenneth Dykes.
