Sandra Jean Dealy

Sandra Jean (Johnson) Dealy, 67, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015 in the Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 25 at Tapp Memorial Methodist Church in New Boston, Texas; Pastor Ronnie Pipes officiating. Sandra was born May 27, 1948 at Gilmer, Texas; the daughter of D.E. "Pete" Johnson and Sally (Moody) Johnson. She graduated from the New Boston High School in New Boston, Texas in 1966 and attended the Texarkana Jr. College in Texarkana, Texas. She and Tom Dealy were married at New Boston, Texas on May 4, 1974. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church West in Duncan, Oklahoma and loved cooking and working with children . She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Tom of the home in Comanche, Oklahoma; her son and daughter-in-law Shawn and Amanda Dealy of Gladewater, Texas; daughter and son-in-law Amanda and Kevin Moore of Seattle, Washington; brother Rickey Ray Johnson of New Boston, Texas; sisters Sue Atkinson of New Boston, Texas and Sharon Ann Elliott of Bedford, Texas and grandchildren Noah Mattson, Alora Dealy, Addison Dealy, Kaitlyn Moore and Cory Moore. Both of her children are cancer survivors so in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, or an institution of your choice.
