Ryan Jade Lefavor
Wichita Kansas-Ryan Jade Lefavor, age 39, passed from this world to the Kingdom of Heaven on Thursday, July 27th, 2023
Ryan was a cool chick who lived life on her own terms. She leaves behind her husband, Damien Lefavor of Salem Missouri, son, Devin Amos, his wife Kyla, of Marlow Oklahoma, her daughter Madelyn Sawyer of Duncan Oklahoma, her two younger daughters Lily Barnard, and Sage Lefavor both of the home in Salem Missouri, granddaughter, Ellie Amos of Marlow Oklahoma, her parents, Janice and Mickey Schornick of Duncan Oklahoma, sisters Katelyn Schornick of Comanche Oklahoma and Sarah Cyr, and husband Kyle of Hampden Maine, her nephew Jackson Schornick of Comanche OK and her grandmother Elva Conde of Duncan Oklahoma, along with a huge group of people who loved her filled with uncles, aunts, cousins, and extended family.
Ryan was born November 6th, 1983, in Wichita Kansas. There she spent her young childhood until moving to Broken Arrow Oklahoma at 11 years old, where she spent the next several years. As an adult, Ryan moved back to Wichita with her young son where she pursued her dream of becoming a hair and makeup artist graduating from the Xenon International School of Hair Design.
An artist and entrepreneur at heart, Ryan was always looking for creative outlets, and found great pleasure in drawing and crafting, making exquisite jewelry as well as collecting and selling antiques. Ryan also founded and ran her own party planning business for some time and loved putting together creative and unusual ideas for others.
Ryan had a huge heart and wanted to help people all the time. When she found someone in need, she would usually try to figure out how she could meet that need even if she had very little to give at the moment.
Eventually, in 2016 Ryan met and married her husband Damien Lefavor and together they built a home where she was able to spend time with her children, teaching them about the arts. Her interests also included following politics and growing beautiful flower gardens that she meticulously and lovingly cultivated.
Ryan will be remembered fondly and will live on in the hearts of those who loved her until they meet again.
Ryan was preceded in death by her first husband, Nick Amos, and her grandfather James Conde Jr.,
