Ronald Dean Harness

Ronald Dean Harness, 69, of Duncan passed away Monday, December 9th, 2013 in the Duncan Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Ronald was born May 20, 1944 at Okemah, Oklahoma the son of William Thomas and Dovie L. (Wilson) Harness. He attended the Okemah Schools in Okemah, Oklahoma. He and Yvonne Cody were married at Ardmore, Oklahoma on May 27, 1994. He came to Duncan from Healdton in 1995. He worked for Deans Oil Field Service at Healdton. Survivors include his wife Yvonne of the home in Duncan; a son Larry Harness and his wife Marlen of Duncan; a sister-in-law Mary Baldwin of Hugo, Oklahoma; cousins Don Harness and his wife Kathy of Jennings, Oklahoma, Richard Harness of Illinois, Barbara Brakes of Tulsa, and Harold Scott of Oregon as well as numerous nieces nephews and other relatives and a host of friends.
