Rebecca Lynn Harris

Rebecca "Lynn" Williams Harris, 61, of Comanche passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in the Gregston Nursing and Rehab in Marlow, Oklahoma. Graveside memorial services will be Monday at 11:00 AM in the Fairlawn Cemetery at Comanche with Reverend Darrel Schmitt officiating. Services are under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Lynn was born February 18, 1955 at Duncan, Oklahoma the daughter of L.D. and Rachel (Dudley) Williams. She graduated from the Duncan High School. She and Glen Harris were married at Duncan, Oklahoma on August 1, 1980. She was a member of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Comanche. She ran a day care for many years and loved the time she spent with all the children. She enjoyed doing cross stitch, fishing, spending time with family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents and a grandson Brandon Irwin. Survivors include her husband Glen Harris of the home in Comanche; mother Mary William of Comanche; daughters Glynna Patton of the home in Comanche and Kim Irwin of Walters; granddaughter Nickole Johnson of the home; sisters Jaynie Hudgens of Andrews, Texas, Marybeth Hall of San Antonio, Texas, Lois Whitehead of Comanche and Angela Seratte of Comanche; her brother Dee Williams of Marlow also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, other relative and a host of friends.
