Raymond Keith Johnson, 88, of Comanche passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at his home in Comanche. Raymond was born October 5, 1925 at Oil City, Ok the son of Carl and Alice (Thomas) Johnson. He graduated from Comanche High School in 1944. He served in the United States Air Force During World War II. He and Bobbie Nell Perkins were married at Walter, Oklahoma on March 14, 1945. He retired from the Sun Oil Company and was the founder and CEO of the National Rural Water and Oklahoma Rural Water Association. He loved to play golf and work on old cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife Bobbie of the home; three sons Robert Johnson and wife Barbara of Loco, Oklahoma, John Johnson and wife Jonnalyn of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Dr. Paul Johnson and wife Robin of Shawnee, Oklahoma; a daughter Janie Dowdy and husband Bob of Midwest City, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren Dr. Jerrod Johnson, Jereme Johnson, Dr. Audra Cook, Zac Johnson, Maya McGraw, Dr. Asia Gifford, Amelia Minor, Andrew Johnson and Payton Johnson and nine great grandchildren
