Pedro Antonio "Tony" Sanchez passed from this life Friday, August 26, 2022 in the Gregston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Marlow, Oklahoma.
Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 31, 2022 in the Bethel Assembly of God Church with Reverend Ron Meador officiating. Interment will follow in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home from 6-8 PM Tuesday.
Tony was born July 13, 1948 at Curtice, Ohio the son of Antonio and Maria (Munoz) Sanchez. He and Estella Rodriguez were married May 6, 1970 in Corpus Christy, Texas. He worked as a machinist for Wilco Machine and a carpenter for solitaire Manufacturing. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and dancing. He was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Israel Nuncio, Tony Sanchez, Jr., Jacob Sanchez, Neto Sanchez, Joe Sanchez, Losino Sanchez and Maria Sanchez.
Survivors include his wife Estella Sanchez of the home in Duncan, Oklahoma; children Esther Sanchez-Champion of Duncan, Oklahoma, Linda Martinez of Pharr, Texas, Tony Sanchez and Pete L. Sanchez both od Duncan, Oklahoma; grandchildren Adrian N. Nuncio, Ashley N. Sanchez, Tiffany Martinez, Mary Martinez, Alex Martinez, Valeria Martinez, Chris Martinez, Veronica Camarillo, Tony Sanchez Jr., Jacob Sanchez, Xavier Nickerson and Isaiah Nickerson; Sisters Sophia, Josie and Lidia and brother Luis.
