The family will receive friends for visitation from 5 to 7 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Nicole loved God and her ministry passion was nursing. She loved comforting people during the most stressful times of their lives; she provided love and security to so many in her 20 years in the medical field. Helping others came so naturally to her. Nicole always pursued higher education to be the best in her field and because of her hark work, In 2016 Nicole was awarded March of Dimes Nurse of the Year and was the recipient of the Betty Apple Excellence in Nursing award. Nicole loved training and tutoring. She was passionate about teaching the next generation and sharing the knowledge and the tips she has learned in her career to help them to succeed. Even when she endured one of the most painful surgeries, she lovingly taught and shared knowledge with the young nurses caring for her. Nicole dearly loved her fur babies, friends and family. She had so many talents including singing and writing and could figure out and win at almost every card or board game. If you knew Nicole, you know that she spoke fluent sarcasm, she was so witty, clever and some would even say a bit sassy. Nicole enjoyed travel, baseball games, fishing and spending time with family and friends. She was an avid OSU fan, Movie buff, and probably knew the title to every song ever written. Nicole worked at Pizza Hut for several years and got a job as a surgical Tech right out of High School. She was a true jewel and was loved far more than she ever realized.
