Larry Wayne Bailey

Larry Wayne Bailey, 69, of Velma, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in the Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City of Complications from Pneumonia.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Friday in the Sandy Bear Cemetery near Pernell, Oklahoma. Service are under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.

Viewing will be held from 9 AM to 8 Pm on Thursday at the funeral home

Larry (Noodler) was born July 22, 1947 in Duncan, Oklahoma the son of Tom and Lucille (Dulworth) Bailey. Worked as a roust a bout in the oil field and love to hunt and fish. If he wasn’t working he was in the boat fishing or in the woods hunting squirrels. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his son Lynn Bailey of Cement, Oklahoma; daughter Victoria of Kamay, Texas; grandsons Ethan Bailey of Cement, Oklahoma and Holden Bailey of Duncan, Oklahoma; his brother Leo “Bill” Bailey of Velma and his sister Lavene Hlavaty of Duncan.
