Imogene Davidson, 87, of Duncan passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 in the Elk Crossing Nursing and Rehab. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Monday, August 1, 2016 in the Fairlawn Cemetery at Comanche with reverend Randy Southerland officiating. Services are under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Imogene was born October 14, 1928 at Comanche, Oklahoma the daughter of Jim and Gladys (McEntire) Goss. She graduated from the Comanche High School in 1946. She and G.D. Dale Davidson were married at Comanche, Oklahoma on December 16, 1949 and he preceded her in death on February 17, 1984. She worked as a rural mail carrier, loved flower gardening, enjoyed sewing, and was a Sunday School Teacher for years. She was a member of the Comanche Garden Club and long time member of the Comanche First Baptist Church and later became a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a son Rusty Davidson. She is survived by her sons Larry Hays and his wife Kathy of Oklahoma City and Jimmy Lee Davidson of Duncan; five grandchildren Patty Hays, Bill Hays and his wife Ashley, Jorden Davidson, Victoria Davidson and Sydney Davidson and great grandchildren Essence, Baleigh, Avin.
