Harold Patton

Harold Lee Patton, 93, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed from this life Thursday, May 16, 2024 in the Duncan Regional Hospital.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, May 23, 2024 in the Ft. Sill National Veterans Cemetery with Reverend Randy Southerland officiating. Servies are under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.

Viewing will be from 4-6 PM on Wednesday.

Harold was born November 15, 1930 in Seminole, Oklahoma the son of Leonard L. and Helen V. (Myers) Patton. He graduated from the Seminole High School in Seminole, Oklahoma. He and Ruth Irene Goodell were married Pocahontas, Arkansas on June 21, 1952 and she preceded in death on May 23, 1995. He then married Wanda Fern Hines and she preceded him in death in 2019. He then married Artie Jo (Reynolds) Staufffer were married in Duncan, Oklahoma March 16, 2022. He retired from the United States Air Force serving during the Korean and Vietnam. He was stationed in Greenland and Thailand. He loved working on the computer, gardening, and doing yard work. He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church West. He was also preceded in death by his parents, and brother Bruce L Patton.

Survivors include his wife Artie Jo Patton of the home in Duncan, Oklahoma; sisters Shirley R. Beaty and husband RL of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Kay Beauchamp and husband Randy of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
