Frank Carl O'Neal

Frank Carl O’Neal, 89, of Alma, Oklahoma went to be with Lord and Savior on January 30, 2021 at home. Services will be on Wednesday at 2:00 at The Alma Cemetery with the Pastor Larry Terry officiating under the direction of Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. The family is requiring all in attendance to WEAR MASKS and practice social distancing. The family will receive friends for visitation from 5-7 PM on Tuesday at the Velma Assembly of God Church. Frank was born on December 1, 1931 in Crowder, Oklahoma to Issac “Red” O’Neal and Julia Duckworth O’Neal. He and Marie Tinnin were married at Countyline, Oklahoma on May 18, 1990. Frank began his working life driving a bus of donkeys to play Donkey Ballgames across the United States and Canada. He moved to the Sante Fe area of Velma, Oklahoma working on a pulling unit and raising a family. He began working in the oil field as a contract pumper, eventually becoming an oil producer and founder of Little O’ Oil Company. He enjoyed ranching with his long-time friend J.D. Diffee, caring for his cattle, watching Bloomberg Network and playing slot machines at the area casinos. He loved his family and was especially happy when seeing his great grandchildren, keeping $ 2 bills and silver dollars handy to dole out to them! He was a member of The Alma Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Jack O’Neal and Shirley Cole. Sons, Ricky O’Neal and Justin O’Neal. Survivors include his wife, Marie O’Neal of the home. Son, Frankie O’Neal and wife Renee’. Grandchildren: Ricky and Cammie O’Neal, Dustin O’Neal, Austin and Sarah O’Neal, Derek and Bonnie O’Neal, Danielle O’Neal, Karen and Chris Landram. Great Grandchildren: Jaelyn, Landon, Bentley, Allie, Addison, Sterling, Brandon & Tyler. And a host of cousins and relatives including his wife’s children, grand children and great grand children.
