Edna Hagan

Edna Mae Owens-Hagan, 86, of Duncan passed from this life Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the Providence Baptist Church with Reverend Dee Bowen officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery at Comanche under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home Thursday from 6-8 PM.

Edna was born February 15, 1936 in Comanche, Oklahoma the daughter of Jerman Calvin "J.C." and Euzella (Whittington) Owens. She graduated from the Comanche High School and worked as a secretary for the J.D. Fields Company. She enjoyed dancing, traveling and love spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Darren Hagan, grandson Rodney Hagan, 2 brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include her daughter Pam Sims and husband Mitch Simmons of Comanche, Oklahoma; son Don Hagan and wife Lisa of Duncan, Oklahoma; grandchildren James Sims of Nashville, Tennessee, Jackie Simmons and husband Micah of Duncan, Oklahoma, Justin Sims of Ada, Oklahoma, Ty Hagan of Duncan, Oklahoma and Courtney Bowen and husband Eric of Lawton, Oklahoma; Robbi Matthews and husband Dalton of Duncan
Alex Rice Vicenza, Italy, numerous great grandchildren; a special freind James Woolsey as well as a host of friends.
