Donna Lois O'Neal, 71, of Duncan passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 in the Duncan Regional Hospital. Services will be 11:00 AM Friday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel with Ladd Polk Officiating. Interment will follow in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Viewing will be 9 AM to 8 PM on Thursday. Donna was born October 25, 1945 in Duncan, Oklahoma the daughter of Ted and Daisy (Goss) Riddles. She graduated from the Duncan High School in 1963. She and Phil O"Neal were married in Lawton, Oklahoma on February 21, 1992. She retired from Halliburton where she worked as an administrative assistant. She enjoyed swimming, camping at the lake, interacting with people read and spending time with family especially her grandchildren. She attended the Ray of Hope Church. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Phil O'Neal of the home in Duncan; two sons Rex Dale Vandagriff of Velma and T.J. Vandagriff of Duncan; two grandchildren Jake and Regan Thomas both of Velma and two sisters Fran Chasteen of Oklahoma CIty and Linda Harper of Dallas. Pallbearers will be John R. Harper, Roger Chasteen, Larry Wilson, Dickie Fennell, Ricky Chasteen and Ronnie Mayberry.
