Christopher Gamblin

Christopher “Chris” Gamblin, 57, of Duncan passed away Monday, December 16, 2019 in the Duncan Regional Hospital.

Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home with Reverend Travis Stewart and Ladd Polk officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery at Comanche.

Chris was born at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on December 21, 1961, the son of Jack Gamblin and Billye (Hanson) and Jesse Bell. He graduated from the Duncan High School in 1981. He worked as a drywaller and painter, enjoyed fishing and watching the Oklahoma Sooners. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Rodger Gamblin and sister Sheila Speaks.

Survivors include his son Christopher M. Gamblin and wife Rachel of Texas; daughter Madison Brown of Duncan; brother Richard Gamblin and wife Bonnie of Richland Hills, Texas; sisters Janie Holden and husband Kim of Duncan and Judy Baskin and husband Jon of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; grandchildren Avery and Ella Gamblin of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
