Charles Skinner

Charles Skinner, 74, of Lawton, Oklahoma passed from this life Saturday, July 29, 2023 in the Temple Manor Nursing Center in Temple, Oklahoma.

Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Traci Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Duncan Cemetery.

Charles was born November 28, 1948 in Hertford, North Carolina the son of Charles Joyner and Virginia D. Skinner. He served in the United States Army. He and Penny Browning were married February 16, 1981 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a sports official and loved all sports. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife Penny Skinner of the home in Lawton, Oklahoma; five children, 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild as well as numerous other family and friends.
