Cecil Levy Boothe

Cecil Levy Boothe, 79, of Duncan passed away Thursday, November 4, 2010 in the Marlow Manor Nursing Home. Services will be 11:00 AM Monday in the Ray of Hope Church with Reverend Mike McCord, Reverend Dow Pannell and Ronnie Bernard officiating. Interment will be in the Green Hill Cemetery at Lindsay, Oklahoma under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Cecil was born March 10, 1931 at Pascagoula, Mississippi the son of George and Elvina Smith Boothe. He and Bertha Petrie were married at Kreole, Mississippi and to this union two daughters were born. He later married Hazel Barksdale and she preceded him in death in December of 1980. He attended the Parkview Baptist Church, loved Baseball, NASCAR and line dancing. He was preceded in death by his parents. a brother and a sister. Survivors include two daughters Pamela Rhamy and her husbandTeddy of Duncan; Amie Boothe of Mountlake Terrace, Washington; two grandchildren Latasha Caton and her husband John of Duncan and Todd Rhamy and fiance Erica Henry of Duncan and four great grandchildren Johnathen Caton, Anthony Caton, Nathan Taff Rhamy and Michael Rhamy.
