Betty Lou Perkins, 84, of Duncan passed away Thursday, January 4th, 2018, in the Country Club Care Nursing and Rehab. Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Thursday in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Betty was born September 1st, 1933, at Gore, Oklahoma, the daughter of Earnest Herbert "Herb" and Crystal (Brown) Cox. She and Robert Donald Perkins were married at Shawnee, Oklahoma, on April 27, 1957, and he preceded her in death on October 30, 2009. She worked as a Registered Nurse, enjoyed sewing, cooking but most of all she loved the time she spent with her family. She was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ and was also preceded in death by her parents, brother, grandson and great grandson. Survivors include two sons Robert Perkins and William Earnest "Billy" Perkins and his wife Kathy all of Duncan; five daughters Patricia Sue Perkins of Oklahoma City, Vanessa Ann Taylor and her husband Ed of Ada, Krystal French of Saint Petersberg, Florida, Pamela Kay Perkins of Sherman, Texas and Cynthia Jo Perkins of Duncan; eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren,; sister-in-law Sandy Cox of Muskogee, Oklahoma two nieces Anita and Sherry and an aunt who loved her dearly Daisy.
