Annette Rae Ploss

Annette Rae Ploss, 40, of Duncan passed away Wednesday, November 9th, 2016 in the Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City after a long battle with alpha one antitrypsin deficiency. Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Thursday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel. Annette was born at Fort Ord, California on October 28, 1976 the daughter of David John and Lillie Susan (Magee) Hughes. She and Jeff Ploss were married at Duncan, Oklahoma on April 30, 2005. She enjoyed reading, writing and playing World of Warcraft. She was preceded in death by her father David John Hughes and her grandparents James and Sandra Dacus. Survivors include her husband Jeff Ploss of the Home in Duncan, her mother Susan Hughes of Duncan, two sons Christopher Hughes of Chicago, Illinois and Kyle Ploss of Duncan; her daughter Alie Ploss of Duncan; her brother Sean Hughes of Duncan and sister Jackie Isabell of Missouri as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relative and a host of friends.
