Alfonso Ramirez

Alfonso Ramirez, 69, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed from this life Friday, December 29, 2023 at his home in Duncan surrounded by his family.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Duncan Cemetery.

Alfonso was born November 1, 1954 in Mexico City, Mexico the son of Jesus Ramirez and Maria DeJesus Matinez. He worked as a welder for Hart Trailers in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He enjoyed working, going to the casino and watching Oklahoma Sooner football. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his children Carlos Ramirez and wife Lorena, Luis Ramirez and Elizabeth Gonzalez and husband Edwin all of Duncan, Oklahoma; sister Clara Crispin and husband Manuel of Duncan, Oklahoma and Evangelina Ramirez and brother Jose Ramirez both of Mexico; grandchildren Karliegh Ramirez, Crysta Ramirez, Katelin Ramirez and Luis Gonzalez.

Cremation and memorial services are under the direction of Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.
