William Arthur Link

William Arthur "Bill" Link, 58, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away December 11, 2016 in the Veterans Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bill was born February 11, 1958 in Bay City, Michigan the son of William Sherman and Sheila Ann (Richardson) Link. He grew up in Midland, Michigan and graduated from the Midland High School in 1977 where he was an All State Athlete in football and baseball. He served in the United States Army from 1977 to 1979. He married Rita Drain in 1980 and they had three children Jerrmaine Christopher Link, Jennifer O'Neal Link and Jhasmin Maria Link. He was an avid golfer, and fisherman and spent most of his time enjoying both with his family and friends. He worked as a truck driver and was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his ex-wife Rita; his children Jerrmaine, Jennifer and Jhasmin all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren Daija Garcia, Paris Garcia, Isaiah Garcia, LaeLonnie Link, Janai Link, Jayla Link and Jalyce Link; his older sister Peggy Mockridge of Midland, Michigan; younger brother Bryan Link of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister Salena Bejavano Yunez of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother Brandon Link of Jacksonville, Florida; his aunt Marilyn Richardson Link of Midland, Michigan; his uncle Clarence Link of Gasden, Alabama and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was loved and will be missed by his family
