Troy Boswell

Troy Boswell, 87, of Duncan passed away Wednesday, February 18th, 2015 in the Wilkins Nursing Center. Memorial services will be 10:00 AM Monday in the Cathedral of Restoration in Marlow with Reverend David Ballard officiating. Services under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Troy was born December 23, 1927 in Sebastian County, Arkansas the son of George Watley and Clara (Dean) Boswell. He worked in Auto sale for many yeas and started the Boswell Tree Service in 1971 operating it until his health forced his retirement in 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents and 9 brothers and sisters. Survivors include his children Vida Norton of Duncan, Peggy Hines and Reba Killman of Chickasha, Clyde Boswell of Lawton, Michael Boswell Easterwood of Ardmore and Plez Boswell of Boley; two brothers Melvin and Jerry Boswell and a sister Jessie Boswell as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
