Patsy Vinson

Patsy Louise Vinson, 92, of Duncan passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in the Duncan Regional Hospital.

Services will be 2:00 PM Monday in the Bethel Assembly of God with Pastor Ron Meador officiating. Interment will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Garden Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home from 2-4 PM Sunday.

Patsy was born July 26, 1930 in Franklin Township, Kansas the daughter of Fred and Bevlah (Normand) Jennings. She came to Oklahoma from Kansas on a wagon train at six weeks of age. She met her late husband Cecil Vinson in Allen, Oklahoma and they married February 17, 1949 and he preceded her in death on November 29, 1995. She enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, shopping, taking teens on spook rides, attending the Seminole Gospel singing and she was a faithful member of the Bethel Assembly of God Church. She was loved by many, had a sweat caring spirit and always had a smile. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Kenny Vinson, four brothers, and four sisters.

Survivors include three daughters Phyllis Harrington and husband Darrell, Kathy Hays and Jan Willhite and husband Barry; seven grandchildren Cindy Harrington, Melinda Owens and husband Dave, Kim Stephens and husband Toby, Patty Crosby and husband William, Mark Willhite and wife Amy, Billy Hays and wife Ashley, Brent Willhite and wife Jennifer; nine great grandchildren.
