Marylyn Sue Pelham

Marlyn Sue Pelham, 67, of Duncan passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011 at her home in Duncan. Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Glenn McGee officiating. Interment will be in the New Velma Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Marylyn was born December 28, 1943 at Velma, Oklahoma the daughter of Leon Bryant and Era Francis Stinnett Couey. She came to Duncan from Oklahoma City in 2001. She work as the Bakery Manager for the GFF Foods in Moore, Oklahoma. She loved making flower bouquets, going to the casino and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Butch Charles Ray Couey and a sister Norma Jean Hodges. Survivors include two daughters Malissa Workman of Duncan and Kalena Faye Wigley of Oklahoma City, Ok; a son Kenneth Ray Reeves Jr. and his wife Betty of Oklahoma City, Ok; seven grandchildren Benjamin Reeves, Kenneth Reeves III, Scott Reeves, Taylor McInturff, Alex Workman, Kayleen Workman and Cloe; great grandchildren Quintsey Reeves, Cameron Reeves, Alley Reeves and Hailey Reeves; a sister Darlene Pelham of Platter, Ok; a brother Jackie Dale Couey of Coalgate, Ok; step-daughter Suzy Pollock of Shawnee, Ok as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
