Lewis Lyncle "Lyn" Wilson, 83, of Duncan passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024 at his home in Duncan surrounded by his family.

Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, July 27, 2024 in the Bethesda Church of God with Reverend Johnny Gray and Reverend Harold Metheny officiating interment will follow in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home from 6-8 PM on Friday, July 26, 2024.

Lyn was born April 16, 1941 in Duncan, Oklahoma the son of Lewis Woodrow and Nellie Fern (Files) Wilson. He and Anita Neeld were married in 1961 and to this union two daughters were born. He then married Genevieve "Genny" Hoosier in 1971 and to this union two daughters were born. She preceded him in death on June 27, 1994. He and Patricia Keith were married April 11, 1998 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked for the Getty and Texaco Oil companies for many years and later worked for Hotsy Pressure Washers in sales and service. He enjoyed Fishing, Hunting, Bowling and panning for gold. He was also preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Stacy Wilson and stepson, Chuck Hanson.

Survivors include his wife Patricia Wilson of the home in Duncan, Oklahoma; children Renita Neeld of Duncan, Oklahoma, Jana Shuttlesworth and husband Kurt of Duncan, Oklahoma, Jennifer Breilein and husband Lance of Bakersfield, California, Nan Long and husband Mike of Ammon, Idaho, Cheryl Berg and husband Barry of Henderson, Nevada and Michelle Graham of Bakersfield, California; David Hanson of Bakersfield, California; a sister Reba Hickman and husband Paul of Duncan, Oklahoma; 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
