Keith Holbrook, 71, died surrounded by his daughter and family on March 4th, 2022, in his home.
He was born September 10th, 1950, in Gilroy, California, the son of Walter Holbrook and Beatrice Semore Holbrook.
Keith served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam during the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1970.
Keith enjoyed fishing, spending time with his daughter and grandkids, and volunteer work. He also enjoyed chasing Oklahoma thunderstorms and got his nickname "Cool Ray". He volunteered at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, OK for 20+ years. He was also a lake camp post at Lake Murray for 5 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents Walter and Beatrice Holbrook of Ardmore, OK, grandparents Jim and Allie Lee Holbrook of Ardmore, OK, Walter and Bernice Semore of Gilroy, California, brothers-in-law Alton Phelps of Ardmore, OK and Don Dunn of Ardmore, OK.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Anissa and David Morrow of Duncan, OK; grandkids, Tyler and wife Courtney Morrow of Duncan, OK, Devon Morrow of Edmond, OK, adopted granddaughter, Jaymee Bell of Oklahoma City, OK and Seth Morrow of Duncan, OK; siblings, Larry & Lois Holbrook of Ardmore, OK, Donna Phelps of Ardmore, OK, Oleda & James Stidham of Ardmore, OK, Reatha & Mark Bass of Barefoot Pass, Ardmore, OK, Leann & Rodney Rutledge of Ardmore, OK, Marlene Dunn of Ardmore, OK, Walter (Wally) Holbrook of Ardmore, OK; many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Bailes-Polk, Monday, 3/7/22 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. There will be additional visitation at Faith Church, Tuesday, 3/8/2022 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 8th, 2022, at Duncan Cemetery.
