Jovin was born July 21, 2010 at Duncan, Oklahoma and is survived by his parents Josh and Samantha Cloud of the home; maternal grandparents Kevin and Syvonna Davis of Duncan, Oklahoma, paternal grandparents Joe and Lori Cloud of Duncan, Oklahoma and Dawn and Buster Wheeler of Moore, Oklahoma, maternal great grandparents Barbara Davis of Duncan, Oklahoma, Anita Smith of Oklahoma City and Ed and Cora Smith of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, paternal great grandparents Sally Everett of Duncan and Mick and Susan Park of Marlow, maternal great great grandparents Nora Louise Wilcox and Lorena Butler of Duncan, Oklahoma as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather Freddy Davis, great grandmother Nancy Monroe. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jovin Ray Cloud memorial fund at the First Bank and Trust.
