Jimmye Sue Tucker

Services have been moved to the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel due to weather.

Jimmye Sue Tucker, 91, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed from this life Thursday, January 19, 2023 in the Duncan Regional Hospital.

Graveside services will be 2 PM Tuesday in the Duncan Cemetery with Reverend Billy Morgan officiating. Services are under the Direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home in Duncan.

Jimmye was born July 9, 1931 in Duncan, Oklahoma the daughter of James Howard and Ima Juree (McFatridge) Garrett. She and Leonard Eugene Tucker were married May 10, 1958 in Temple, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death April 25, 2015. She retired from the Security National Bank and was a member of the Freedom Biker Church. She enjoyed playing golf, fishing and was a member of the Elks Lodge. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two infant brothers and a grandson Trey Tucker.

Survivors include two sons James and wife Cordella of Wichita, Kansas and Raymond and Linda of Duncan, Oklahoma; grandchildren Brian Tucker and wife Jennifer of Bennett, Colorado, Matt Tucker and wife Debbie of Duncan, Oklahoma, Garrett Tucker of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Dustin Thompson of Wichita, Kansas and Melissa Tucker of Lawton, Oklahoma; great grandchildren Drake Tucker of Bennett, Colorado, Hannah Fannin of Edmond, Oklahoma and Haylee Fannin of Lawton, Oklahoma and two great grandchildren.
