Cleda Marie Pitts

Cleda Marie Pitts, 86, of Comanche passed away Monday, February 18, 2020 in the Duncan Regional Hospital.
Services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home in Duncan with Billy Rowell officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery at Comanche.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 5-7 PM on Thursday.
Cleda was born March 27, 1933 at Tucker, Oklahoma the daughter of Burl and Mattie C. (Ledford) Riddles. She and Melvin Kenneth Pitts were married at Comanche, Oklahoma on December 21, 1951 and he preceded her in death on March 29, 2016. She graduated from the Comanche High School in 1950. She enjoyed Sewing, Quilting, Knitting, Crocheting and genealogy. She was preceded in death by her parents, twin infant brothers and a brother Burl D. Riddles.

Survivors include her son Melvin Pitts of Comanche, Oklahoma; sister Nila Michalicka and husband Cyril of Union City, Oklahoma and a sister-in-law Marie Riddles of Duncan, Oklahoma.
