  •      The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing the reason on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

  • SERVICE
  • Basic Professional Service of Funeral Director and Staff            $    1995.00
  • This is the basic charge to each family which wee serve, for our
  • professional expertise in assisting them. It includes, but is not limited
  • to, a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business
  • expenses necessary to serve the public in a professional manor. Also
  • included in this charge is the consultation with the family, clerical and
  • administrative service, preparation and filling of necessary permits,
  • Consultation with the clergy, cemetery, crematory, common carrier,
  • assistance with insurance papers, planning the funeral or memorial
  • service and preparation of obituary notices. There will be an additional
  • charge for the direction and supervision of each service requested.
  • This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the  total
  • cost of the funeral arrangements you select.  (This fee is already included
  • with our charges for Personalized Service Program Packages.)


  • EMBALMING
  • Embalming and Professional Care                                                $     600.00


  •      Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required
  • by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select
  • certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.
  • If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to
  • choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it,
  • such as direct cremation or immediate burial.


  •      Embalming is a chemical process which provides temporary
  • preservation of the body and eliminates certain health hazards.
  • A person licensed by the state must complete this procedure.

  • Complete Traditional Service
  •      This service include: the services of the funeral director and Staff, administrative  staff, and
  •  professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents, and
  • other paperwork necessary To complete the arrangements;  removal of the deceased from the
  •  place Of death to the funeral home, within a  20 mile radius; embalming and/or Sanitary care
  •  of the remains; other preparation of the remains, dressing, Casketing, cosmetics, use of facilities
  •  and staff for one day visitation period; use of the faculties for the services or set up at the church
  • or other facility; automotive equipment (funeral coach, family car, pallbearers Car,  utility/flower car).
  •     This service does not include: merchandise to be selected such as Casket,
  • outer container, clothing, sundries, register book, memorial Folders, acknowledgement
  • cards or any cash advance items.
  • Total Service charge with purchase of casket and container $3,395.00


  • B. Graveside Service
  •       This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, Administrative  staff and
  • professional staff for coordinating and directing The graveside service;  obtaining legal
  •  documents, and other paperwork necessary to complete the  arrangements; removal of the
  • deceased from the place of death to the funeral home,  within a 20 mile radius; Embalming
  •  and/or sanitary care of the remains; other  preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing,
  •  cosmetics; and the use of facilities for viewing, Automotive equipment funeral coach and
  • flower/utility car.)
  •      This service does not include: merchandise to be selected such as Casket, outer container,
  • clothing, sundries, register book, memorial Folders, acknowledgement cards or any cash advance
  • items.
  • Total Graveside  with purchase of casket and container $3,195.00


  • C. Service Of Remembrance
  • (Cremation with Memorial Service in Chapel or Church)


  •      This services includes; the service of the funeral director and staff, Administrative staff,
  •  and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents,
  • And other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased
  • From the place of death to the funeral home, within a 20 mile radius; sanitary care of the
  • Remains; use of the facilities for memorial service/ceremony or set up at the church or other
  • Facility; automotive equipment (flower/utility vehicle); cremation container; transportation
  • To the nearest crematory and return of the remains.
  •      This service does not include; embalming, other preparation of the body, dressing casketing,
  • Cosmetics and hair care; refrigeration, viewing or use of facilities for viewing; the cremation
  • Process; and merchandise selected such as cremation urn, automotive equipment; cemetery
  • Tent and equipment rental, register book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards or any
  • Cash advance items.

  •      This service includes; the basic services of funeral director and staff for
  • Obtaining and filling legal documents; removal of the deceased from the place of
  • death to the funeral home, with in a 20 mile radius, sanitary care of the remains
  • and transportation of the deceased to the cemetery for burial.
  •      This service does not include; embalming or other preparation of the remains,
  •  viewing or other use of the facilities for viewing, or funeral services, merchandise
  •  selected such as casket, outer container, register book, memorial folders,
  •  acknowledgement cards.
  • Total Immediate Burial Without Merchandise $2,545.00


  • F. Direct Cremation
  •      This Service includes; the basic services of the funeral director and  staff
  •  for obtaining and filing legal documents; removal of the deceased from the
  • place of death, within a 20 mile radius; sanitary care of the remains; transportation
  •  to the nearest crematory and return of the remains.
  •      This service does not include; embalming, other preparation of the remains;
  •  refrigeration; viewing or other use of facilities for viewing; funeral service, the
  •  cremation process, nor any merchandise selected such as Cremation urn, register
  •  book, memorial folders or acknowledgement cards.
  •      If you want to arrange a direct cremation you can us an alternative container.
  •  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of fiberboard or
  • composition materials (with or without an outside covering) The containers we
  •  provide are fiberboard box with wooden base.

  •      This service includes; the basic services of staff and administrative staff
  • and use of basic facilities; obtaining legal documents, and other paperwork
  • necessary to complete the transfer; transferring of the deceased from the place of
  • death to the funeral home, within a 20 mile radius; embalming and/or other
  • sanitary care of the remains.
  •      This services does not include; other preparation of the remains, dressing,
  • casketing, cosmetics, casket or alternative container; visitation or viewing;
  • services; service and merchandise; automotive equipment, except as specifically
  • set forth above; transportation to the common carrier; cash advance items; other
  • funeral directors charges; taxes or other additional services.

  •      This Service includes the basic service of the funeral director and staff,
  • administrative staff, transportation to local cemetery within 20 mile radius.

  •            This service includes the basic professional services of funeral director and staff,removal of the deceased from the place of death, transportation to the crematory and return of the cremains, visitation for immediate family (one hour) and assistance with a memorial service in our chapel or your family church.
